Prabodh,

This is another Google error. The closet I find is http://www.swan.ac.uk/visualanthropology/projects/003_Dalton/thebook.htm

Apparently Google scanned the book but is no longer allowing downloads because apparently there is a 1973 edition of this book. This is the crap they are pulling, basically they want to enter into an agreement with the publishing houses, that would lock up any book which was republished so Public Domain works would no longer be available.

And we dont know everything on Google's agenda yet. Don't forget its a profit making company, not a government service, and nothing like the Internet Archive.
